Sheet 02 / 12  ·  What we builtFig. 01 — the flow

A three-page system that qualifies and books appointments.

Our landing page system, enhanced for today's buyers. It is live on preview now and not publicly indexed. Tap a stage to see what each one does.

01 — Ad

What it does

The Meta campaign points at one page rather than the homepage, so there is no menu and no detour.

What it captures

Campaign, ad set and creative, carried through to the lead record.

02 — Landing

What it does

Tells the Motif story and asks for one thing, with a single clear next action.

What it captures

Nothing yet. Its job is to earn the next click.

03 — Profile

What it does

Six quick questions, answered by choosing rather than typing, so it takes under a minute on a phone.

What it captures

Name, contact, buyer type, timeframe, bedrooms, bathrooms, budget band, display-suite interest.

04 — Booking

What it does

A Calendly calendar sitting inside the page in Motif colours, not a hand-off to a third party.

What it captures

The appointment, in Andrew's calendar, attached to the lead.

Sheet 03 / 12  ·  The landing pagemotif-mu.vercel.app

The project, the proposition, and one clear call to action.

Our landing page system, enhanced for today's buyers. High-resolution imagery. High performance, fast loading, mobile first. SEO friendly, content capable, tuned for paid traffic.

Structure

Performance first

Structure built for performance. Messaging and design built from insights.

Brand

In Motif's brand

Type, colour and imagery come from the Motif creative by Stratosphere. It reads as Motif, not as a form.

Sheet 04 / 12  ·  ProfileFig. 02 — six questions

Six questions, answered in under a minute.

Six quick choices, no typing, and under a minute on a phone. Leads that complete it arrive qualified: buyer type, timeframe, bedrooms, bathrooms, budget, display-suite interest.

  1. 01
Buyer typeFirst home buyer, next home buyer, investor, downsizer.
  2. 02
TimeframeHow soon they intend to buy.
  3. 03
BedroomsWhat they are actually looking for.
  4. 04
BathroomsPairs with bedrooms to match stock.
  5. 05
BudgetFourteen bands, so the list has a real sort order.
  6. 06
Display suiteWhether they want to see it in person.

Custom built: no Zapier, no integration subscriptions. The page talks directly to your lead store and CRM. If anything downstream fails, the lead is held safely; nothing breaks, nothing is lost.

Sheet 05 / 12  ·  BookingFig. 03 — Calendly, embedded

The calendar lives in the page.

Calendly, embedded and restyled in Motif colours, so the buyer is never handed off. The appointment lands in Andrew's calendar, and the six answers sit alongside it in the lead record.

It goes live the day the Calendly event exists.

Sheet 06 / 12  ·  Where leads goFig. 04 — data path

One source of truth, mirrored into what you already use.

Source of truth

Supabase

Every submission lands in the motif_leads table. The data is yours and exportable.

Mirror

Pipedrive

Leads appear with their answers attached. Your team works where they already work.

Reporting

Dashboard

Drawn from Supabase: real leads, not platform summaries.

The mirror is non-blocking: the lead is saved first and pushed to Pipedrive second, so a Pipedrive outage costs a sync rather than a lead.

Sheet 07 / 12  ·  MeasurementGTM / GA4

Three events, fired from the page itself.

How

Google Tag Manager into GA4

Wired at the page, not inferred from a thank-you URL.

What it gives you

Page-by-page drop-off

Where people stop, not just how many arrived.

What we are not doing

No forecasts

We are not putting numbers on this before it runs. From launch day, you will see them.

Sheet 08 / 12  ·  How change worksFig. 05 — the loop

Wednesday's revisions were live on Friday.

No release windows and no queue. Four steps, and one of them is yours.

  1. 01Branch

The change is made in isolation. Live stays untouched.

  2. 02Preview link

A URL you open on your phone, showing the real thing.

  3. 03You approve

A reply is enough; a screenshot with a scribble is better.

  4. 04Live

It deploys automatically, usually the same day.

Test lead landed — 21 Aug 2026
Sheet 09 / 12  ·  InvestmentAll figures inc GST

A menu, not a bundle.

Take one line or take all four. Nothing here depends on the others.

Ad spend on recommendation, paid directly to Meta from a card of your choice. One ad account per project.

Sheet 10 / 12  ·  What's next to launchThree items

Three things left before launch.

  • 01 Calendly eventCreate the appointment type and share the link, so bookings land in the right calendar. DM Property
  • 02 Subdomain on dmproperty.com.auSo the pages live on your domain rather than a preview URL. DM Property
  • 03 Tracking scopeWho holds the Meta account and the budget, and what we tag on launch day. Together

Everything else is built, tested and waiting.

Sheet 11 / 12  ·  Let's discussCollective

An invitation to talk through what you want from it.

What is useful, what isn't, and where to start. Reply, or give me a call.
